Welcome to Atlanta, Belle Isle Spirits!

A group of Atlanta’s top influencers was invited by my friend Erica of Eating With Erica at Big Sky Buckhead to introduce us all to Belle Isle Premium Spirits. The smoothest moonshine ever has made its way to the A, and I was so excited to be part of the coolest welcome committee around!

We had a chance to sample Belle Isle’s flavorful offerings along with an exclusive menu of items from Big Sky. It’s rare that I enjoy everything I try at these sorts of events, but I loved everything from start to finish!

As we arrived, we were not only greeted by Erica–who was wearing a stunning red dress–we were also greeted with The Ruby Mule (linked to a similar recipe).

This cocktail was made with Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit Moonshine, and was a refreshing start to the evening. It was a great reinterpretation of the traditional Moscow Mule.

The First Course consisted of The Habloma, made with Belle Isle Honey Habanero Moonshine, and Grilled Shrimp Tacos (probably some of the best tacos I’ve ever had…even the flour tortillas were magical). I was a bit worried that the Honey Habanero would be too spicy, but the honey played well with the heat.

Up next was the Coco Mojito, made with Belle Isle Premium Moonshine. I love a good mojito and this one did not disappoint. It was paired with a braised short rib dish, which was absolutely delightful.

I could hardly eat or drink anymore, but I held on like the trooper that I am. I’m glad I did because we still had one last cocktail and dessert to enjoy! Our crew was served The Shine Eraser, made with Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee. And we shared a few warm skillet chocolate chip cookies topped with vanilla ice cream. Yes, it was a good as it sounds!

If Belle Isle Moonshine has made it to your city, you have to get some and experience it for yourself. And even if it isn’t available yet, you can order it online. It’s potent perfection in a bottle.
