I’m a proud member of Team Rosé All Day, but that doesn’t make National Rosé Day any less special to me. And because I’m #teamroseallday, it’s only right that I started celebrating a bit early this year. First, I celebrated the 10th annual Veuve Clicquot NY Polo Classic at Atlas Buckhead. The event was hosted by my blogger baes Erica of Eating with Erica and Milla of Happily Eating and we enjoyed several glasses of Veuve Clicquot’s rosé.
The rosé party didn’t stop there. I was invited to join my blogger boo Nikka Shae at a presentation of the SCAD: School of Fashion’s senior and graduate collections at The Regent Cocktail Club. And the signature cocktail contained rosé…perfection. Wish I could remember all of the ingredients, but we had a few other drinks after this one and…yeah *le sigh*
On the official National Rosé Day–June 10, 2017–I went to Establishment in Midtown ATL for a nice, cold glass of frosé. This amazing twist on a classic involves frozen rosé, pinot noir, strawberries, and lemon. It’s like a classy, fancy Slurpee.
I totally forgot to save the pic I shared in my Instagram story (notice how I tend to forget things while drinking rosé?). But here’s my blogger bud Cody showing off her glass. And here’s the filtered pic of yours truly that I did manage to save from Snapchat. Priorities…
Did you reach for a glass of rosé for National Rosé Day? If you missed out this year, the holiday is usually celebrated on the 2nd Saturday of June each year. But if you’re like me, you’ll enjoy rosé any day.
