Big Green Egg’s Sea to the Smoker Class

I had the pleasure of attending another demonstration class at the Big Green Egg Culinary Center. For deets on my last visit, click here! In case you didn’t know, the Big Green Egg is not just a grill, it’s The Ultimate Cooking Experience. And as a part of that experience, the Big Green Egg Culinary Center hosts a number of informative and DELICIOUS classes for novice cooks, grilling EGGsperts, or those like myself who just want to enjoy a fun evening.

The class I attended was all about seafood, which made me very happy. I grew up on the coast and absolutely love seafood! Here’s what was on the menu for the night:

Smoked Salmon

The chef, Jerry Draluck, also used some of the salmon to whip up a Smoked Salmon Spread.
